An American in London

These are photos from my week long trip to London. Hands down one of the coolest experiences of my life. The weather was a little sketchy so the light quality isn't the best... but they came out ok. Some of the non-London pics are from Essex (seaside), Berkhamsted (farmland), and Bath(Roman spa town).

You'd better mind the damn gap...

Traitor's Gate @ Tower of London

Trafalgar Square

Tower Bridge + adjacent alleyway

The Tower of London

The Thames River

House I stayed at in Wood Green, outer London

The London Eye

The Texas Embassy, where's the Ohio Embassy???

Police box

Random Streets

King's Cross

St. Pauls

London skyline w/ the "Gherkin"

Essex seaside

Pub

Portrait Gallery

Time Square... I mean Picadilly Circus!

Peugot

Parliament

Old French Embassy

There's honestly not a day that goes by that I don't think about my trip to Europe last summer, the place took hold and never let me go, and it's threads like these that help me reminisce. Thanks a lot.

Great Britain and sun in the same photo...no

I feel exactly the same way, except that it's been about 4 years. London is the only city I've ever visited where I actually felt as though I could actually live there. It feels so comfortable and lived in. Paris was nice, and all, put everything had a feel of a "look-but-don't-touch" museum, which is off-putting for someone like myself that came from a very gritty, lived-in city.

Excellent tour.

I love this shot! This type of streeting setting is exactly what I love.
