This is it! The Main Thread. GLORIOUS CHARLESTON!!!

I'm not holding back anymore! Charleston at it's most glorious! This town puts many cities 10 times it's size to shame.

Dang, I'm in love. Another town that I've always wanted to visit. It just looks like an incredible town. Reminds me of a more tropical Boston. The colonial/federalist architecture is my favorite look, easily. Anyway, thank you!

Charleston must have one of the best historical building stocks in the country -- particularly remarkable when you consider that it lies directly in the sights of the Atlantic hurricane corridor. Very well shown, Herodotus.

The best Victorian architecture in the states is in Charleston. My family came from France in the early 1600's and settled in Charleston for over 200 years. It's simply a stunning place.

I also loved how some of the homes were built sideways in order to conserve space.

When I think of Charleston, I think of Federal and Greek Revival before I think of any of the Victorian styles. Savannah is much more of a Victorian city than Charleston is.
