Not a bad example of the sort of mixed-use building that existed when main streets in this region were originally developed, a century or more ago, back when they had basically perfected land use on main streets, before 'modern' zoning sensibilities pretty much outlawed the idea of living over a store and shopping locally.
It looks like 8 residential units somehow became just six, though. Traffic concerns, no doubt, lol.
I think this thread may be titled incorrectly. It's technically a 2-1/2 storey building, not 3, and the address is actually 393 Wilson Street East, not 392, no? Isn't is situated immediately beside 385 Wilson Street (East!), as shown on another thread here.
