Suggestion on a user friendly app or software (apart from Google Sketchup)?

Hello, skyscrapers and art lovers,

I am looking for a more handy app or software that is more friendly to use and navigate. A tool that a kid can also use. Do you have suggestions? I would really appreciate it.

Paint? That one is initially installed on laptops or computers lol I'm not into arts and that's the only thing I can think haha But, I've seen games in market store that involves kids doing paints.

Oh, we have already paint installed on our phone. I'm looking more for an app that a kid can use while we are travelling. Need this badly to get the kids attention while driving =)
