Hmmm, never noticed. But it's a nice hotel so I wouldn't be ashamed if I did copy it.

I really want to stay in St. Regis Mexico.

Thanks!
Rearden just needs a base and some retail and it'll be done.
I'm still working on how to lay down the tallest since it's got an ackward shape, like a curved triangle.

Much better on Rearden Life. The skyline as a whole looks very sharp. And your tallest is very elegant.

Thanks Dac! that's a section of the skyline, when I paste it, about 50% of the peninsula will be covered.

Should downtown be the purple ring, and midtown the gren one?

Man, I used to go to Ikea all the time. We got our bed, our dining table, my sisters bed, my closet, some side tables, and idk what else there. But that seems a little too small for an Ikea store. Those places are HUGE and they have like a million parking spaces.

I think downtown should be in the purple ring just because it's between the yellow and blue one. It's also in the peninsula. I think you should extend the purple ring towards the yellow ring just a couple blocks or until you hit the freeways parallel to the port. Then make it residential, blah blah blah.

Aleks are you daltonic? That "yellow" circle is actually green. hahaha!
well, yeah I don't know still about urban planning, but that Ikea is not finished, I just wanted to sneek a peak. The whole mall with its four anchor stores (IKEA, TOYS WHEREAS, and I need some more suggestions) will be about 800 ft X 600 ft kinda like Mall of America.

I've been to Mall of America. Not really that great. Just a big mall. And it's not even that big, it's just large because there's a theme-park in the middle.

But no I'm not. Wow, Idk why but at first that ring looked yellow and now it looks green. I gotta get that checked out...

yep, I'll make the green circle (between the port-industrial district and the upscale beachfront) my inner city, only with more megamalls and really American huge low rises, like Aleks righteously suggests.
