Can't believe how fast the core is rising... I suspect it is something to do with pumping concrete versus the old bucket and crane that used to be the norm.

I just miss the buckets with this shot.

With the new gate framing for Trump, there will be construction shacks over top of the gate also to the ones north of the gates. Looks like Bay will be the main gate for Trump

I must be missing something - the buildings that show up on Google Earth are already built - actually it still has a rendering of the Sapphire tower - me thinks its a tad out of date.

It shows the Ritz Carlton, RBC Centre and some other condos. Missing some major structures still.

Ya, I thought that Sapphire model was great at first but now it just annoys me--especially when it pops up when you use the bulk download. Hey wyliepoon, can you delete that model for us?

The 5,500 square-foot Four Seasons private residences presentation gallery in Toronto recently took a trip north — and in the middle of a snowstorm. The 760,000 pound (380-tonne) building was lifted using 32 hydraulic jacks and moved 100 metres from Bay Street and Yorkville Avenue to the north side of Scollard Street. A crew of eight moved the building in only four hours using two trucks with winches. The building was relocated to make way for construction in the spring of the Four Seasons private residences and hotel. Menkes’ High Rise Residential Group worked with Laurie McCulloch Holdings Ltd. to complete the project.
Gettin' ready for the new Four Seasons Hotel...

Avenue Road and Bloor!!

That will likely be one expensive piece of property.

I would love to move there but I can't. It is a very very nice area.
