Dallas skyline photo

I took this the other day while driving back from the DFW Airport. Sorry for the crappy quality... I'll have to go back and reshoot this one of these days.

A Southwest Airlines 737 approaching Dallas Love would add a nice touch.

Helluva vertical reserve space for the future. Wonder how it'll look like in 100 years from now...Not a bad pic!

I see Texas Stadium to the right. What CBD is that on the left (NE of Dallas I think)?

I believe that is University Park, between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road on Northwest Hwy.

Edit --> Or it could be either Park Central or I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway (just north on the map). I guess the point is that I'm not sure. hahaha

Just wondering

In the second large panoramic you posted, is that the Fort Worth skyline on the far left side?

No. Fort Worth is west of Dallas and 30 or so miles away. This view is looking south. As eburress suggested, the far left side shows the combined skyline view of University Park and the Park Central/I-635 areas.

John R took & posted a one of a kind panoramic shot of Fort Worth's skyline from the north & Dallas' in the far far distance.

Can someone dig it up & post it?

Thanks ... I think. I've been to Dallas once but I stayed in Grapevine just north of the airport. We did manage to make it to downtown Dallas one night so I managed to get some nice pictures. Too bad I don't know how to post yet. I'll figure it out.
