Pic by me today:

Window washing supports are up on the roof.
Podium cladding continues, and podium roof amenity looks cleaned up
(but ceiling still to be installed)

Pics by me today:

Penthouse glass being installed - wider width for the panes looks odd.

Podium cladding being installed.
There are also some louvres behind the tree that look like airfoils.

Looks like they've installed a test panel for a lighted ceiling for the amenity patio.

The panel was lit up last night. The question is whether there'll be the occasional lit panel or all lit panels.

Pics by me today.

Very nice glass for the retail (to left and right of the entrance).

Undersides of balconies painted white. First railing is in.

Looks like that pipe will be boxed in in alucobond cladding.

Pics by me today.

There are wires on the podium facade.
Could be for signage or a lighting feature, although the cladding looks dark
(could be dark panels that show white when backlit)

Pics by me today:

I have a feelings there's going to be some unfortunate colour blocking in the end result.
The amenity area will be light gray, as will the balcony walls runing up each corner,
to the penthouses which will also be clad in light gray.
The only dark cladding will be the podium and the middle of each facade.

New screen for the rooftop mechanicals:

Balcony railing being installed
- light gray (probably to match the balcony wall cladding):

I think the podium cladding will have lighted crevices between random panels.
