I'll have a look next time I'm around there at ground level.

No. It is on the Northern corner of the building nearest Parq, not seen in these pictures. There is a full wrap on the windows promoting it opening soon. One can't see inside to get a sense of completion, but it does appear to be moving forward.

The greenest city in the world looks more like Calgary in the winter.

It's not the greenest city in the world. There are certainly many other lusher cities elsewhere that are green throughout the year. Also, this patch of grass became dry and patchy after the piping works. Looks like they forgot to reinstate the original lush lawn.

So far One Pacific only has a small convenient/corner store on the Douglas Hotel side. No signs of things happening at the Belgian Choco Cafe, except for the window wraps that's been there for months.I'm really looking forward to see what the shops within the lobby of the building will be leased to. It almost seems that they are not letting any businesses open up until they can get a few relatively high-end businesses to open all at the same time?

The most abused patch of grass in town

Well, the nice green grass lasted about a month & a half - wish I'd snapped a pic yesterday, as a row of trucks was parked on it - and it looked none the worse for wear. This morning, they were scraping up the last of it, for yet another go at servicing something or other.

I passed it today, that signage really ruins the building for me, it just does not look good on that building.
