Is this roof open to the public? If either the roof up top or the lower one just above the Starbucks would add some seating/tables... oh my, would be my new favorite study spot. Haven't actually climbed the stairs to the lower roof/deck but I believe i saw no seating/tables. A nice bar going along the edge with tall chairs would be so nice.

That’s a great vantage point. Cannot wait for Atlanta to fill in along Ponce, North, Ralph McGill, Highland, Irwin, Auburn, and Edgewood. East west infill is going to take this city to a new level. It’s great to see pockets sprouting around town including Capitol Ave, Howell Mill, and Memorial, which all make the city feel more cohesive.

The Cousins' office tower (at 8th & W. Peachtree), GA Tech's Phase 2 towers (across from the Biltmore), and the "gothic" apartment tower (at 5th and Juniper) will certainly fill in some noticable gaps, giving this part of Midtown some girth and height.
