wow, lots of development in the berks area. Went through there a few months back and it already had a lot of projects underway. Some nice rehabs of existing industrial buildings too; always hoped this one would get rehabbed:

This dev is right down the street from me; the area is booming. I shop at Riverwards 2-3 times a week. It’s fantastic, but gets pricey if you go outside produce and cheese.

Not bad. At least in 20 years this won't, or shouldn't look like its ready for the dumpster. Nice large windows but without the usual all glass front. Any larger stores planned for the first floor?
