When they lift the crane up, it'll - likely - be the last lift. When they blast that thing up there --- I'll bet that the tip of the boom will be 500+ feet in the air!!! That'll be a serious photo op for our skyline!

The cladding is looking great!

Does anyone know the ETA on completion of the exterior?

So there are only 3 more floors to go? It doesn't look like its that close to its supposed final height.

How to ridicule Winnipeg: Get a tower taller than Portage and Main, when your still a city of 150,000 people

Good for Regina! Where is the demand for space coming from, potash, agriculture, ...?

~220,000

Regina's been above 150k since the 70s or so. But yeah, the general idea of your post is still true. No one likes to see a smaller city than theirs building bigger.

Evidently the crane will be lifted higher yet due to the fact that there is at least one more red section that has yet to be installed. The operator needs to be above the would-be peak of the building in order to see properly.

Wow! Before you know it, we'll have cladding half way up the tower and structural work will be finished! Crazy!

I believe it is intended to be the same, but the pattern is different.
