That would be the parking lot for the Wellington Square Apartments on the corner of Upper Wellington and Mohawk. The parking garage is a run down mess in need of demolition anyways. That is also close to the height of the current building.

I hope they spend some money on the existing structure. Drove by yesterday. The balcony cladding is rusting out. Looks pretty trashy.

Well, at least it has cornices lol.. prevents it from looking so bleak cut out brick punched in windows style like the other builds these days..
