I'm fine with keeping it beige, but yes please paint it ASAP before the iron rusts away entirely!
I rember the original renders of that corner having them refurbished with LED lights of the address under the tracks when you look up. Was that just a "concept start-up" idea like the wabash lights, or was that in the offical plan? I also remeber cafe style seating outside unless they junked that idea as well.
Shot from the Harlem stop on the Green line.
I beleive these are - left to right 451 E Grand (Benette park), 465 N Park, and angled up Wanda Vista.

Great perspective shot harry. OBP has a massive impact from the west.
And look where Wanda will come up - it will tower over Aqua (just to the R of the crane).

2100 S Indiana Ave. 426 units at an average of $2307/month and 710 sq ft. 152 parking spaces. Currently a surface parking lot (https://www.google.com/maps/place/21...!4d-87.6227258). 38 floors. The site is for sale with a listing on LoopNet but it looks like the renderings have already been done for this and all planned out.

I thought all three of those office buildings and the Coyne renovation were supposed to happen at the same time? I know their just tearing up the parking lot but glad to see these are getting underway.
