yea, I prefer JS too. it feels more like a big city shopping concourse. Limeridge is good for what it is, but it's the same as malls in Windsor, Scarborough, North York etc....
JS could sure use some new stores though. Word from city hall is that many big retailers are being courted and many are showing interest in downtown again. Add in the surrounding dining/arts district, Gore Park, the Market, Central Library, theatres venues etc....and JS would boom back to life with a few well-placed tenants. The indy stores are great though. Some are lame, but most have some cool stuff.
