None of this includes the Rainey cluster:

The Quincy
90 Rainey
44 East
84 East
Natiivo

WeWork and River St. Hotel and Homes, and anything on Waller Creek are still vaporware to me, but we could include them, too.

Totally agree with this ESPECIALLY when it's roughly 2025

I'm interested to know what your exact 3-9 order is

I'm pretty biased but I would definitely put San Francisco over Los Angeles... maybe top 5 honestly. It's hard to top as it has 2 iconic bridges, the best baseball stadium ( ) AND Salesforce Park in the downtown core. Maybe even #3 once Treasure Island is completed in ~2030 https://www.treasureislandsfbay.com/development-plan/

Definitely Pittsburgh is up there for me too. PNC Park is probably #2 in my list for best baseball stadiums and then Petco in San Diego is #3.

I gotta find a way to slip Pittsburgh in there, maybe tied for 10th?

It's not huge skyline, but MAN, that view of downtown exiting Fort Pit Tunnel, wow! What an sudden entrance, especially at night. And the way it sits proud on at junction of 3 Rivers......and someone mentioned stadiums, check! So cool...... plus the food, and the people, and the Steelers.....

Love that town.

I also agree that San Francisco is most definitely in the top 5.

Pittsburgh ia a cool city with a great skyline. I love the PPG tower or as I like to call it, the Crystal Castle. If only that tower was built next to Frosty.

IMHO, it is the most underrated city in the entire US. Hands down.

I've never been to Pittsburgh but I get the same sort of feeling when going north on I-35 and seeing Austin's downtown come into view after the curve past Riverside and crossing the water.

Yes. I hope it stays that way. Kinda fringe-like without the self aware/declared weirdness you might find in a "hip" American city.

Not quite east coast and not fully mid-western either. I love it! Let's all go

Dallas, Pittsburgh, Denver all still have larger skylines by the numbers. Minneapolis, Vegas, and Charlotte are functionally similar currently and Nashville is coming up from behind, too.

Yeah, but Austin has a rocket strapped to its back. I mean, 10 years ago Austin was not near those 3 cities and we're caught up to them and I would argue surpassed all 3 except for Charlotte.

I also think Austin and Denver (once 185 and 6x are built) are much closer to each other.

If 4th and Brazos, BBVA, Republic and Travis II happen we will rocket shot above all of the mentioned cities.

I can't imagine those breaking ground in the near term....like maybe 3-5 years. From what I understand, if a vaccine is available this Jan, it will take at least 6-12 months to administer....this has to frustrate funding/leasing/developing the ones that have not broken ground.

Thank GOD 6X broke ground. Now I just hope they don't abandon it like Intel did. (though that performance art show they held in the old Intel shell was hella cool) Does anyone know if the city passed an ordinance to fine companies that abandon their skyscrapers? Can the developer walk away from 6X when the building is 3/4 complete?

I don't know if this was done on purpose for artistic purposes, but this would have been better with the lighting from behind. #Photography 101.
