I love it. I don't get to say that often with most developments, but I really do. That last pic looks like someone picked up the Joseph Howe building and set it on top of another. Cool eh.

I would have to think it is or soon will be filled with many well-paid medical and management employees of the QEII Heath Sciences Centre across the street,

No question, it will be full with a wait list. And yes, a great location for those working at the hospital even if it ends up obstructing their view.

Interesting reddit thread about the George. Take a look at the picture of the "juliette balconies" posted in the comments. Oh dear.

Take anything you read/see in the Halifax subreddit with several large grains of salt. That place is an utter cesspool. It is dominated by a bunch of clueless students or dropouts for the most part who think Halifax is a terrible place because nobody will give them what they want for free. That leftist bent is exaggerated by a group of mods who are utterly worthless and allow that sort of behavior to flourish. Speak the truth to them and you either get downvoted to oblivion or banned. The entire sub needs to be blown up and replaced.

The posts remind me of people who got burned by condo presales but this is a rental.

It looks like some units do have small balconies while I guess some others got this. I'm a bit confused by the pictures. Do they have a sliding door to outside? Was it somehow locked by the building owner before the inside railing wasn't installed to keep people from falling out?
