Yeah and cobalt blue with taupe? Who decides these colour combinations? It feels like Lowes branding..

at least they are spraying/staining the brick, instead of just painting it, so hopefully it won't peel and crumble like the previous paint finish..

Isn't the taupe primer, and it's being painted white?

I believe it's being stuccoed. The white is Styrofoam and the taupe is cement on top of the white Styrofoam. The actual coloured stucco goes on top of this.

Well most stucco tends to be shades of grey or brown anyways.. so unless they are rapidly diverging from that trend.. the colours are still gonna be.. egh.. but whatever.. this building isn't a huge thing anyways - just glad they are keeping it.

A nice light blue would go well with the cobalt though if they did decide to do something different. Also I am guessing they are going to paint the lintels too as they didn't bother to cover them when spraying.. I'm always iffy on spraypainting stone.. brick is one thing but it feels sacreligious to do it to stone for some reason..

The windows will make or break this little project. I have a feeling it will turn out to be a pleasant surprise. I think it might be occupied by HPS as office space simply from the integration of the landscaping. I could be wrong. Also if @chronamut, you're referring to the sills, they were indeed covered before painting. I took a little visit by here yesterday. I like it.

from the pic above at least the sills look like the edges and bottoms have been sprayed blue in patches as well - maybe its just a bad picture.

Fascinating, they actually re-bricked the exterior and heightened all the windows on top and bottom floors and appeared to have lifted the brick decorative lintels above them as well..

actually it looks more like they lowered the stone sills..

They moved to an old gym on York Blvd quite a few years ago.
