Update from the PBJ - Looks like 3838 Market will be starting work this fall?

Wexford is working on another life sciences building at 38th and Market streets which is planned to have 225,000 square feet of space, multiple tenants, parking and more ground floor retail. Wexford is marketing the space to grocery stores, Cramer said, and hopes to break ground in the fall.

In parallel with that influx of development, Grady said plans are in the works to build a hotel on the uCity Square campus.

"There is a scale of density that can support that amenity," Grady said, adding that Wexford would look to partner with a company with experience operating a hotel.
