And to get a bit hypertechnical for a moment, since I see the terms "cement" and "concrete" used here interchangeably quite a bit, "concrete" is what we're talking about here. Concrete is the mixture of aggregate (crushed stone) and cement (binding agent) that these trucks carry, and that is poured into forms and around steel rebar to make these buildings we all love.
"Cement," by itself, wouldn't hold up too well as a structural element. Not singling out you, per se, but I figured that folks into skyscrapers and building construction would want to know (and use) the correct terms.
