- They should pour the ramps to P16 tomorrow
- 3rd level of glass almost complete all the way around. 4th level complete around to Guadalupe,
- Awning roof metal complete on most of the building
- 1st level window framing complete in most of the corner retail areas. I don't understand why they did this so early. Seems like it's gonna get damaged.
- Work on 3rd street infrastructure interconnect continues.

So, I remember there was some question about whether the facade was angled on this thing, versus being flat, and there's no doubt that it is angled in this video, at least on the north side.

The video also really prominently showcases 3 of the big sites with big potential in the coming years.

Imagine major towers, possibly a supertall or two, built at the former post office, Hobby building, and the state parking garage west of Republic.

All three of those locations have great potential.

Yeah I think on the other sides of the building, the facade is vertical up till the parking garage ends, then it starts sloping like the other sides.
