I'd like to see much taller than what is proposed, but asking for a supernal in Wilmington, DE is too much for that small city.

@Jawnadelphia

"WILMINGTON – Just three months after breaking ground on its last apartment project, the Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) officially began work on a new $90 million project at the corner of 8th and Orange streets in the city’s central business district. The 243-unit complex called The Press will replace a former Wilmington Parking Authority parking lot"

I'm liking the density of that area, it's growing well, and soon we will see a more thriving downtown, if this keeps up we can expect influx of more people, and more companies which can lead to more taller buildings.

Looking good!

BPG keeps rolling along in downtown Wilmington, between The Press (this one), The Standard - Nemours Building apt conversion, and Humble Park project under construction, looking at something like 600 new apartments currently under construction in downtown Wilmington from BPG alone.
