Holy crap, I downloaded this expecting it to be just another generic apartment building, nothing exciting, but I was definitely wrong. That is gonna be an outstanding addition to the Kenton neighborhood. Seeing everything going on in Kenton makes me a little jealous cause I would love to see all that going on in downtown Milwaukie.

This is a fantastic proposal. I wonder what the neighborhood feedback will be. NIMBY or YIMBY? Or both?

The operable screens for the balcony are a nice unique feature. I could certainly see it help increase the lengthen usability of the space into the rainy season.

Very cool looking, and seems like it'll be pretty noticeable from that bluff.
