That pic shows the new Dundas Street 'flex street' the city has been building. As for the Fanshawe building itself, it's decent but not great but they have managed to maintain the streetscape nicely.

No probs man. The only major building built in central Yellowknife this decade is the Government of the Northwest Territories Building (not yet named), right across from Northern Heights which is the largest mall/tallest building in the territories and all of Canada north of Edmonton.
