It intrigues me that the forumers who love BP the most are from Edmonton.

It's high-quality. Part of the disappointment from some Calgarians seemed to because the new tallest was "just a box" and not as interesting design-wise as The Bow, Telus Sky, or even EAP. I think people from other cities view it more in isolation and recognize it is a simple, well-executed project that they would be happy to have.

My vote is Telus Sky. Then Manulife. All the others are just boxes.

What's your first? Bow or Telus Sky?

Too fat? That's what hurts it for me. Plus when you visit they treat you like a terrorist if you try to take pictures inside.

Brookfield Place turned out much nicer than I expected. It definitely has a spot in the top 5 for me, but it would slip if they ever built the shorter twin. I hope that they completely redesign the second tower if and when they ever move ahead with construction.

My top 5 would be:

1) Telus Sky
2) The Bow
3) EAP
4) Brookfield Place
5) Bankers Hall

Special mention: 707 5th. If it was taller and more visible outside the core it would be in my top 3.

My favourites in Calgary are:

1. Telus Sky
2. Manulife Place
3. The Bow
4. Canterra Tower
5. Brookfield Place

There are a lot of non-boxy structures to choose from here thankfully. Definitely a species mention to the others in our top 7 (650+ feet) with EAP East, the Bankers Halls, and Suncor Energy Centre (none of which are boxes).

So much boxism in the last few posts.

Hard to pick 3 more after The Bow and Telus Sky. There's up to a dozen quality builds and/or designs but none stand out ahead of the pack like the aforementioned two.

To add: The Box crushes Telus Sky. Telus Sky is a little ahead of the pack with Brookfield, EAP, Bankers Canterra, Nexen, 707, etc.

I'm still a deep fan of the Suncor complex, that's my favourite, although my next few would be The Bow and Telus Sky, following by Canterra and Brookfield Place.

Chad and WhipperSnapper reminded me of two of my other favourites: Nexen and Canterra. I'd probably place those 2 in my top 10 as well. I think EAP and Bankers Hall are still slightly ahead simply because of their importance in the skyline though.
