$/sq-ft. Those towers are also massive as well. 50 Hudson, the Spiral. Height doesn't always equal higher cost, but how much sq-footage is being developed along with the materials and specifications needed.

If it were to be the size of 432 Park, with the same floor area or size, assuming no architectural elements that shrinks the space, but a type of design that further maximizes sq-footage, it'll be way more expensive along with associated costs to build higher (PSI, engineering requirements, and so on).
