This is why YWCA has moved to Inglewood. Great Gulf purchased the old YWCA. Below is a rendering of the project. Projected start time is late 2019 or early 2020.

Actually Highcliffe Riverfront is proposed on the lot immediately north to the YWCA. Just for clarification. However, Great Gulf most definitely does own the YWCA site, they just haven't yet released the designs for it.
