May I please ask a favour? If you are replying to a picture post, and there are more than one of the same development, could you please separate out and just reply to one of the pictures? Having them all in the reply takes up so much space! A little more time consuming to separate them out, but really considerate to the others. Thank you!

This is the type of work the home builder does. It could end up being any type of design.

This is why YWCA has moved to Inglewood. Great Gulf purchased the old YWCA. Below is a rendering of the project. Projected start time is late 2019 or early 2020.

Great Gulf Proposal
by Render Central, on Flickr
Actually Highcliffe Riverfront is proposed on the lot immediately north to the YWCA. Just for clarification. However, Great Gulf most definitely does own the YWCA site, they just haven't yet released the designs for it.

These are the renders for Highcliffe...

And since, given the state of the Calgary section, I'm sure these have not yet been seen, here you go...

Chinatown - 90 meters, 90 meters, 35 meters - 28 storeys, 28 storeys, 12 storeys - 150 hotel rooms, 524 residential units - 23 commercial retail units

Dominion - 15 storeys

The Chinatown proposal looks really good, activating all three street facing sides of the development!

Where is the Dominion project located?

Bridgeland. Here’s the link to SRCs Dominion thread. It has all the details.

I really like the Dominion project as well! Bridgeland is a great neighbourhood! This will fill in that side of 9th quite nicely. Looking forward to more awesome redevelopments to the east and south of this one! With Christine Meikle School having moved, I wonder what will become of that land?

As much as I would live any in any of those hoses, I really hope they build a modern style one as shown in the first pic.

Given the location it will prolly be like the first pic. Pic #2, and pic #3 are specific style to acreages.

The one in the first pic is okay, but frankly I'm not a fan of any of them. I'd rather see a 4 storey condo complex, with a fancy penthouse on the top.

As long it’s not the house on the right hand side in the first pic. What a piece of garbage

I like the first one but would prefer to see it sunken a bit so that you don't get a face full of garage door.

The first one's not bad. At least it's not a total waste of good land like the other two. It would be great in some place like Mount Pleasant or Killarney, but even a s duplex it's still a poor use of valuable land on a street like Crescent road.

They’re all a good fit for Crescent Road, and it is her own personal property they can do whatever they want. I’m good with whatever they put in.
