Other than Montreal and Hamilton does anyone else have a big illuminated cross on a hill? I feel like St. John's or Quebec City might.

Gatineau has one in the Val-Tétreault district of Hull.

Gatineau has one in the Val-Tétreau district of Hull.

In the province of Quebec, there are the small towns of Rougemont, Clermont and Saint-Anselme that I am aware of.
There are probably many others.

Sault Ste. Marie does. Apparently it's the tallest illuminated self-supporting cross in the Western Hemisphere.

Cross of Lorraine on the west side of Hamilton.

It was built next to Hamilton's TB clinic. The idea that the Escarpment provided fresh air for TB patients. Anyways the hospital closed and a new housing/condo development is set to begin. The developers now own the cross and part of the agreement is that they'll restore the cross and light it back up at night.

There's also another cross one on the east side
