Glad to see this. I've always felt that Memory Grove had not quite reached its full potential yet.

I’ve certainly warmed up to the Salt Palace Hyatt, despite the fact that I’d prefer a less wall-like version. I’ll take more walls right now if they’re at least unique or pretty like that one.

Agree, I like the look of it and how its design meshes with the HK, which I've always admired. 1st South seems to be heading in a vertical direction. If we get the tower next to Harmons, the Cumming Tower on 2nd east, and this one over the next few years, plus the expansion coming up to the west, that skyline view from the north of downtown could become a lot more impressive.
