Try this one.

I realize CF Doesn't but Northgate or Southlands would be great examples of malls that this could be done. Polo Park is a partnership between a Winnipeg Developer and CF to re-develop.

I've heard the plan for Southland is to turn the north/front corridor into offices and medical and that they are trying to lure a gym. It sounds like they want to shift away from retail.

And it sounds like Winnipeg is making more of an effort with transit than our car city.

Strathallen hasn’t succeeded in the medical hub idea and I’ve heard the leasing team is a mess. They should however try and get Planet Fitness to take the north vacant chunk.

It looks like a nice pocket park is replacing some asphalt at the new YMCA daycare location at Albert and 25th.

With a daycare there, they need somewhere to take the kids outside. That's a great addition.

There is lots of neat stuff in it like bridges and paths, but when I asked about a timeline they told me there was no funding to do any of it. So its mostly an aspirational document.

All the north side piles are in and cut to height. The pile driver was moved to the south side and they started hammering those today. Flags on the creek for where those ones will go.

The City is seeking flood sensor technology along with traffic communication device at the two closest signalized intersection (Albert Street & Saskatchewan Drive and Albert Street & 9th Avenue) to alert the motorist about the flooded underpass on Albert Street.

The flooding issue could easily be solved if only there was a giant hole in the area to act as a storm water detention pond ...

Half of the Downtown is vacant they could use that I was a big retention pond nothing’s ever gonna be built anyways so what’s holding a back

Never going to happen they need another 25 years to study the study that they studied ten years ago , city council has now desire when someone is paying someone of them to keep development out of Regina

From what little info is available, it looks like they are starting with the least useful part for the first phase in 2024. That section of Sask Drive is in horrible shape, but I would have liked to see the section between downtown and the Stadium done first, it will be last.

The 46 acres of real estate in Regina's North Central neighbourhood has remained an empty field since the former stadium was torn down on Oct. 17, 2017
This will remain empty for twenty years all they do is talk about what there going to do ,some of the projects Should’ve been done 20 years ago and no one at City Hall has a desire to change anything , So it will be a nice Tumbleweed Park
