What's wrong with that? It's the kind of funky, hipster name that is perfect for OV.

I like it

Huge change for that corner. Good looking building too. I'd take another ten of these around downtown.

I don't think I am allowed to show pictures so hopefully they will be out soon.

And ironically (because I'm sure they intended it to sound just like "zoo") the umlaut completely changes the sound of the u to sound like the French u.

The demoed OV Inn replacement is 6 storeys and the two buildings behind on Wardlaw are 4 storeys. The image above shows the massing which is more or less correct.

...awww hell........

A bit uninspiring in design but maybe t will change before construction starts? Good to see some new development in the area, though.

It won't win design awards but it is still an infinite improvement over the post apocalyptic scene of abandoned buildings and windswept vacant lots that the site has become over the past few years.

They can't start on it soon enough as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, the more detailed renders are a little more flattering. Let's hope it gets built that way.

That fire station at Stradbrook and Osborne has to be one of the oldest in the city. I wonder at what point they might relocate it? That could open up a site for a game-changing redevelopment on that corner. The city should dump the parking lot on the opposite corner as well. Time to start beefing up Osborne Village a little.

Is there any sort of a timeline for this project?
