I am pretty sure there are two different iterations the architect did for the property.. the second one appears to be the plan … two story original structure fronting Howard with a four story addition with parking on bottom in the rear towards Julia Street

Avondale purchased by Port of South Louisiana.

https://www.nola.com/news/business/p...651440ef8.html

Overall makes me feel this will improve the chances that Avondale reaches its potential—and with by gaining new berths on the West Bank, it’s a strategic win for Port of South Louisiana.

Copper Vine rendering

Don't remember seeing this particular rendering of the Copper Vine expansion. Also though, this article has some more detail on the whole project: a "modern taken on a tavern and inn."

I was just thinking about the Tulane planting earlier this week. I know I called them about a tree on the Norman Francis neutral ground that was downed in Ida and they told me to replacement for that would be planted during the spring planting season. So yeah I think that would probably be the case for Tulane too. And hopefully this year

Years ago I lived in New Orleans in Lakeview, not far from Filmore Ave and City Park.
I could see spending some time each weekend charging my car for free at the driving range.
Does Entergy have any restrictions on these charging stations to stop golfers, or just people like me with lots of time on my hands, from using these stations?
