Thank you.

I’m glad someone said it.

Now can we please stop referring to Stern as “A.M. Lagrange”?

Removing those bronze elements will really make OBP look bland as sh*t. It's pretty upsetting.
Sad to see their decision on that.

It's worth saying again, this sort of "bait and switch" by developers should be prosecuted... all of those marketing materials aren't just eye candy, they, along with the construction documents that they are required to make available to purchasers, form a legally binding contract...

I wonder if anyone who prepaid for a unit has any legal recourse to the exterior of the building being so drastically changed, or if pre payment legal clauses include such things.

If not litigation worthy, then at least liable for a heft fine from the city...

Trump should promise that his big beautiful wall will be covered in brass panels, and then leave it bare concrete. No one would get over that.

Is that mesh or glass at the very top on the east side of building or some sort of fire coating like essex?

Trump is so bulky in that picture its rediculous. 14,600 square footage for a penthouse at that height? What other residential tower is in that ball park. I'll buy the top five floors, one of these days.

This building is literally one of those Hong Kong mega concrete commie blocks with setbacks... Concrete with a bunch of square holes punched in it, any details bleed into the monotony.

The interior layouts of some of the apartments are insane. The real key to this building if it is a success. This 62nd floor unit is huge -

I like the massing of this building, but that actually look of it is a bit off to me, it's missing something.
What's interesting, is I absolutely love 520 Park Ave and 220 Central Park South, which are two very similar buildings to OBP, but they look better. I think 520 Park is all limestone, but not sure about 220 Central Park South...I can't quite figure out why I like those so much more than OBP.
