7 rebar cages went up today on the northeast side taking us higher again. There was a full crew working everywhere on the site.

Am I counting wrong, or are their 6 parking level openings on the visible core? I thought there where only 5 levels of parking.

The P5 level for the core is mostly blocked that that picture. P4-P2 are the openings in the concrete. The flat level you see with all the rebar is P4.

At this rate of progress the core is going to be pretty tall by the end of the year. They'll probably be adding the core crane soon.

Is there a plan to add a 4th crane to the core? Seems like the two cranes close to the tower footprint would be enough to build this thin all the way up.

They probably could build it with those two, but aside from that diagram showing the core crane, I also remember reading that one of the contractors said something about a fast-track schedule for the core and framing, and a dedicated crane for the core would speed it up, freeing the other cranes to concentrate on the heavy duty outer columns and floors.

Yup, there it is! I wonder what the trigger point is where they will install it. #enquiringmindswouldliketoknow
