On the right side of the photo, east end of the site, it looks like they are prepping for a concrete pour. Anybody know whats going on with all the tubing? If it was warmer I'd guess the tubing would be cooling tubes, but its cooler temps now and the slab isn't all that thick. New construction mystery.

^ it was mentioned earlier than the cooling tubes help with the curing process in thick pours. I doubt the exterior air temp makes much of a difference.
My guess is that this building is being constructed with post-tensioned concrete slabs. If that's the case then those would be the cables that eventually provide stability.
