I haven't been here in awhile but 881 West Peachtree is ready to go very soon. Not sure if that was confirmed yet.
I believe the 811 sales office is already being prepped to be converted to the Handover leasing office in Viewpoint.

Not sure if it's been noted but Midtown Blue and Midtown Green are also well on there way in their new space buildout in Viewpoint as well. They will be next to the new urban QT.

811 is a typo. I meant 867. Apologies.

Anyone know what the new floor count will be on the revised design for 811?

Does that mean the Hanover project @ Peachtree and 7th will be getting started soon? Seems a bit early for them to be putting up a leasing office when construction hasn't even started yet.

Vitality Bowls will be next door to World of Beer and the Macaron place. Midtown Blue will be on 6th street next to QT. I believe the Hanover leasing office is next to BB&T. I believe there is an eyeglass place going in off 7th street but not 100% on that one.

You're right--the sign is already up. Kind of surprising since there are already two across the street. How many of those can survive within a block of each other..?

Boston developer GID Urban Development has filed an application for a land disturbance permit to start construction of a portion of the High Street mini-city near Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody.

Great pic. It is amazing how fast NCR has come along compared to Modera. Almost embarrassing to say the least. What, didn't Modera start about a year ago? I know they had a slight delay with the crane, but really. They should be topped out about now or very soon. Also Hanover West moving at a snails pace still, IMO.

It's a nice little boutique condo project honestly.

Also, has anyone seen any work, machinery or anything done at Peachtree and Third? Looks like they didn't heed their alleged initial start of Mid May.

Townhomes, townhomes everywhere.

Building permits filed for a bunch of new townhomes at 2040 Bolton Rd on the Westside (Riverside Park Phase II), a second phase of townhomes on Old Georgian Terrace at "the Park on Vinings," at 507 Wilmer (next to O4W park), 2107 Marietta Rd NW, and at 1137 Ponce (near Briarcliff).

Doppler Studios is on it's way out... probably to make way for another mixed use or apartment complex...

Developer timetables should always come with the caveat "if everything goes exactly as planned" which almost never happens. Since they are seeking tax breaks on the project, they have to go through that process before they can start. I believe they just applied with Fulton county in May and have to go before the agency again this month.

As much as I want to see more affordable units, I'll take the development of condos and demise of a parking lot. Overall, the design looks great. Will be nice going in across the street from the Hanover project:
