What would the colour be for testicular cancer awareness? I'm guessing blue. Bit generic though. What about purple?

^Tons of photos on their Flickr acccount.

Also, why is this posted here and not in the NYC transport thread?

Well, if you know amything about the location of this tower (which I’m guessing you probably don’t), the tower rises through the new station and it’s concourse. In fact, to build this tower, they had to undo new construction. An agreement was made with the MTA to ensure that it wouldn’t cause any delays with the opening next year. And now we see that it hasn’t. And now, you know.

No need to guess incorrectly. I do know 270 is intertwined with GCT approaches but I did not know to the extent 270's foundation's (what's old whats new?) interfered with the ESA cavern under GCT. Thanks for enlightening me.

Yeah the stuff is pretty cool. I love all the underground stuff about these projects just as much as I like the projects themselves.

^ Yes, the transit connections to these new towers around Ground Central increase the excitement. An entirely new terminal on the east side is a game changer.

Well, it's been discussed extensively enough in this thread. I know it's a lot, and everybody won't keep up with everything. Just don't question the people who do try to keep up with it.

Are they setting up for 3 tower cranes?

It’s interesting to see the crane bases sitting ON the platform, rather than going through it, although the reason is obvious.

There may be four. Not having access through the DOB makes it harder to know what exact plans are.

I'd like to see that part of Vanderbilt pedestrianized.

I'm graduating soon and applying to jobs at JPMC. It would be a dream to work in this building when it's done! It's so beautiful
