I kinda see what you're talking about through the center, but the moulding along the floor plates on either side kind of balances that out. Otherwise, this is a tower that looks like it's been there for nearly 100 years. Has a lot of Beaux Arts elements to it, which would place it at the early part of last century, before the Art Deco craze of the 20's/30's.
