After an exceptional amount of interest and support we've experienced in the last few months, we are delighted to announce that over 400 new homeowners have chosen to live at Plaza One. Plaza Two is coming this month, and will be your last chance to own at King George Hub - a vibrant master-planned community adjacent to King George Station in the heart of Surrey City Centre.

Yay. Hopefully they will be building both at near the same time so that whole block can be finally 100% complete. Will be nice to see from Fraser Highway to 100th flanked by Whalley Boulevard & King George completed 100% as a block.

That would be nice indeed ^

They were rolling out the grass and planting trees along Fraser Highway today.

Great shot. And to think there are 2 more towers just to the left under construction that will show up in the next year or so, 2 more in the middle just going to sale to be built, 4 more on the right in that space to be built across the street, and 1 Office tower in the front that should be breaking ground this year.

basically 9 more towers in that cluster. King George is starting to really take shape along with the cluster around Surrey Central station. Only a matter of time until the towers start to spread.

When getting on the Skytrain this morning it looked like they had opened up George Junction to traffic and blocked off the old road leading to the Coast Capital parking. Can anyone confirm? They might be starting construction on the standalone restaurant.

Nothing yet. And Form.ca (or Marcus & Millichap as it's been renamed / branded / sold) hasn't had any updates on it in a long time.

They've started closing on Tower B4 (shorter tower). Note that most of the email they sent has been cutoff for privacy reasons.

Yay! That's not a move-in date, is it? That's just the legal day where you have to complete your end of the deal and pay up?

Yup, that's just the completion date for all the legal docs and stuff. Possession is the following day (June 12th) and they'll most likely set up a move-in date with the follow-up email for when to pick up the keys.

My wife and I have taken a few walks around there at lunch the past few weeks and it is amazing how much the area has changed with this development. Can't wait for the last phase to complete everything and this portion open. Completely change the feel of the area.

I walked by the site today and there was a lot of landscaping work ongoing. There was also quite a bit of activity around the future restaurant site, so hopefully work begins on that soon and we hear about a tenant.
