Because Bernalillo County, NM hasn't caught up with modern times, I have to fill out an application by hand, run to FedEx to have it scanned and then send it with my resume and cover letter via email.

Taleo and NeoGov, people. It works wonders...

I'm a lefty, but ever since my surgery four years ago my left hand cramps up whenever I write for more than a few minutes. I might've bitched about this before, but it makes my handwriting look even worse than usual, and the pain gets unbearable after five minutes or so. There's a reason I prefer to do almost all writing/correspondence/note taking by computer...

^At least you have an excuse. I'm right handed but my handwriting still looks like I write with my feet.

My writing was bad before the injury (bad handwriting runs in the family) and I trained myself a long time ago to write in nothing but capital letters because they're easier to discern than lowercase (which for me, after a while, looks like a bunch of incomprehensible scribbles)

I have a phone interview with a law firm in Albuquerque tomorrow morning for a legal assistant position...

My handwriting looks like Arabic. After a few minutes of writing, it begins to look like a chicken had its feet dipped in ink before it ran across the page.
