That's my favorite angle of the building. The popular view showing both sloped facades really shows how the tower's mostly a box, whereas this view leaves more to the imagination.

Actually, I can't think of a more fitting word for this building than "handsome"

Haha, it's pretty classy. I love it to bits.

One thing I noticed when I exit the C line downtown, looking up at the building, the ceiling of each large balcony stands out with its bare concrete giving it an unfinished look. Is there a plan to paint this concrete, or maybe I'm being overly critical.

I'd take a nicely finished sealed concrete finish over painted concrete anyday.

The Georgia gives off really strong vibes of being vastly unfinished even though it's nearing exterior completion. Not sure if I'm liking that particular situation, but it's still a decent tower overall...

Although, the balconies are especially egregious.

People in our office with views over the Georgia have said that it looks like there isn't much going on other there...

I'm with J-Lo on this one, I love the look of exposed concrete that is properly finished.

What's with the diagonal translucent glass? I don't like that at all. Should have either been left as nothing, or as another peak to compliment the rest of the design. As is it looks like a cheap piece of junk.

Rooftop window washing crane has been installed.
Will it "retract" so as to be fully hidden?
Doubt it. It looks the same as on Fairmont Pacific Rim and Shangri-La.

The BMU has been installed for almost a year, and is stored in its retracted position when not in use.

Good to hear. That's the first time I've seen it - all I had seen before was a temporary crane.
