I believe Lot J is the 'Brightwork' building on the right/left respectively of the images below. Not sure if these reflect official or current renderings for this project but they seem to imply ~15-17 stories depending on what's considered grade (the site steps down closer to the water around here).

Many thanks for the info/update!

That seems to be the most likely and consolidates this area as U/C. Probably the most efficient spot to start up on the property.

I've always found that first rendering odd. Are they building townhouses next to Brightwork?

The earthwork is coming along and they have been driving piles for what is to be built
