Actually, I don't think gold is one of our official Mardi Gras colors, I could be wrong on this, but I thought our official colors were purple and green, not that it matters. cause the gold still goes in decorations
However, if it could be arranged so that during Mardi Gras season, the crowns of the two respective buildings would be lighted in our official Mardi Gras colors (I know we only have two, and I know one of them is purple, and I'm fairly sure the other is green) that would be a positive thing, I seem to recall seeing somewhere where they did this with a building in Charlotte in advance of the Panthers losing the Superbowl (didn't think they'd lose at the time obviously)
