I believe the YWG flight was originally 12x weekly too, but as Dominion301 noted above it's now 13x weekly, with second flight ops x6. I also see YYC is up to double daily (originally was 13x weekly - second flight was x6).
PD297 YOW 0845 1250 YYT x256
PD298 YYT 1345 1518 YOW x256
So YWG morning flight added day 2, YYT flight added days 1347, YLW added day 5, and YYC added day 6 accounts for another fin's worth of flying.

The new outbound to YYT has very little inbound traffic to connect to, but here’s what’s available as things currently stand:
From: YVR (day 1 only thanks to the redeye being only 4x weekly) and YYZ, that’s it for 1-stops, but it can also do double connects from YVR, YEG & YYC.
For the inbound from YYT, it can connect to YFC, YYZ, YTZ, YWG, YEG & YVR (days 147) and a double connection to EWR, YQT, YYC, YLW & YYJ.
Also, for the new YDF, on some days double connections to/from YXE are possible.
The new YYT flight highlights how if PD had more DH4 flights with twice daily each from YXU, YKF & YHM, they’d be able to arrive early enough to feed this new YYT flight (as would bringing back an 0700 YTZ departure). It would also help to have red eyes from YEG, YYC and YVR (and maybe even YYJ too if traffic were ever to build enough beyond daily in summer). It’ll be interesting to see if this new 4x weekly can sustain itself on largely O&D.
Today’s departure count: 93 - could tie the record today
Sun flights count (both transborder & international): 16
Today's cancellation count (so far): 1 - WS to SNU is not currently showing as cancelled but if this operates to collect the last of the rescues, I can’t imagine the outbound will truly carry any pax
