Looks like this is scheduled to launch for sales on July 17th. CoA application is being heard Thursday for this as well.

I'd suggest Louis Vuitton is a bit more classy and less on the "LOOK AT ME IM WEALTHY" vibe, but not much different.

Hoarding up on site. It's only on the corner so I'm thinking it's for sales advertising.

Advertising hoarding went up at 1 Jarvis and construction started just weeks later. Emblem doesn't waste much time.

The lot is still open at least - I parked there yesterday for the Bulldogs game. But yea, doesn’t look long for this world.

ALso - no permits have been submitted yet for this, other than the demolition permits. So construction can't be starting *too* soon.

Hasn't stopped other construction sites from starting, but I agree. Sometimes as we've discussed the review permit isn't even posted while it's being reviewed and given conditional approval.

I do wonder though, is this rental or condo? If condo they will have to have sales before they start construction likely unless they can finance the entire thing with cash.

They keep talking about this being a new landmark development. I commented if they really want that they need night lighting. They replied with more renderings are coming and a smile face.

Is the Church being integrated into the development, like is it going to be a gym or something? Or is the Church remaining as is.

It's been excluded from the plans thus far so I would say it will remain seperate.

Church is separate.

July launch means construction likely underway by September at the latest with the way Emblem moves.

I agree. This is going to be moving rapidly. I predict an August start. Similar timeline to 1 Jarvis.

Exciting times!!

I could careless about the collaboration element, but if they were to put some feature lighting on the top, that would look quite sharp and would be beneficial to the skyline.
