That is funny. I originally studies music in college and we had all sorts of music puns (musicians are fairly notorious for horribly cheesy senses of humor....ask my wife). My friend who was a musician and an artist used to sell pieces under their side business, "Moe's Art"...

Zaza really cut corners on the garage facade on the Northern side, while the rest of the garage looks great. It's almost as if they knew a taller building would be going up on these lots to hide it.

I bet that construction worker sitting on the parapet on the right hand side of Rebels has an interesting social media newsfeed. He's just casually sitting there on the edge of the collapsed roof with his phone in hand.

Nice Demo updates. 48 East and The Avenue should be going up next along with this one. I also think 44 East and Travis Tower #1 will be going up after those three.

Hopefully this doesn't sit as a vacant lot for long. The demo has exposed two very prominent ugly walls.

Looks like soil borings are taking place as demo is wrapping up. Hope that indicates this project will move quickly

One of the reasons Ashton took so long was they had to dig for 5 or 6 floors underground and had water issues to deal with because of the river. Hopefully, this one will be faster. This one also has a considerably smaller overall footprint than Ashton does.
