2nd floor walls along north end nearly all poured now. The 2nd floor elevator and stairwell walls completed. Have started forming around the core for 3rd floor slab. Unlikely to see any of the 3rd floor slab poured until Jan.

Looks like the 4th floor elevator shaft walls being poured today. Good progress on forming the 4th floor walls on north side. Can't tell if the south side 4th floor slab has been poured or the ramp up to 4th floor level.

Forming and steel rebar slowly moving towards the south end walls of the 4th floor. Most of the 4th floor walls should be poured by end of March with 5th floor slab forming and steel at north end. Last parking ramp from 4th to 5th floor should also be forming by then too.

Looks like some of the 5th floor slab is now poured on north end. Forms for all the 4th floor walls are now up. Can't tell how many have been poured. The 5th floor is the final parking level in the podium base so the final ramp is being formed now. With the completion of the 5th floor walls the 6th floor will be the first residential floor and the pace should quicken.

Steel rebar and forming of the 5th floor walls continues to move towards the south end of building. Not clear if they have finished pouring the 5th floor slab at south end or last parking ramp as of yet.

Have started forming for the 6th floor slab at north end. They don't appear to be finished the south end 5th floor wall pours yet. Will be a milestone with the first 6th floor slab pours given that will mark the transition to residential floors and different forming methods from the parking level podium levels. 26 residential floors averaging around 3 weeks per floor will have this topping out around summer 2022.

^^ That sure doesn't look like a residential building with solid concrete and no windows.

The 6th floor wall forms are now started on the north end. Still not clear if they have poured the 6th floor slab on the south end, but they must be getting very close.

Those are fake? I always assumed they were real. I used to live at the building at Dundas and Waterloo and I loved having the windows on the second floor of the parking garage.
