Looking forward to see this one take shape.

Could turn out neat - the Concord project next door has been a very pleasant surprise for me.

This once forgotten wasteland is turning into a little architectural gem area of town.

Could be higher, and don't much care for the green spandrel.

Otherwise its ok, I guess. I hope the light features on the roof are retained.

We had a water fountain going for 27 out 31 days in January, didn't see it!?
