Hi Deepstar

Here is the latest. So far still working on the 9th. At the rate they are going, we should see the 12th done give or take by the end of this month.

^Good updates! Maybe it's because it sat idle for so long....and because the podium so slowly, but I'm amazed at how fast it's going now.

This park is going to be a total hotspot with this and the Qualex project to the north. They just need to put in a Shake Shack and were golden

Thanks - Any idea how tall the Qualex project will end up at? I can't seem to find anything on this one, but I thought I read something months and months ago that it was going to be in the neighborhood of around 25 floors. Even the Qualex web site only says upcoming, but with no details.

The demolition of the current building should be done soon, so hopefully they break ground by the end of this year or early next.

Great pics from all, especially liking the elevated shots from the North. Keep em' coming

I dont think Qualex's next project will start any time soon. I remember its MARK project started marketing at least 6 months before its sale, and construction started 3-4 months after. So my guess is they will start marketing early next year and sales will begin mid 2014 with constuction date around end of 2014. Completion date will be fall 2017.

Sounds about right. Mark is still excavating, and they didn't start it until Calla was getting close to being finished..

Keep them coming Rockyview. This might be the last floor they can do with the concrete pumper truck, then it is to the bucket.

The pace should be slowing after 13th floor, as upper units with huge terrance are all different at each floor.

I saw this one while driving past yesterday. It's really getting noticeable from 4th street.

Here goes the 11th. No cement pumper on site today, so it's the bucket the rest of the way as Design-mind mentioned earlier. We should also be seeing the construction elevator in place soon too. If you look to the left of the crane just inside the West edge, the guide for the elevator has been installed
