apparently someone over at UT is saying that 16 york will be starting soon. I don't see why, no lead tenants have been announced.. leftcoaster, can you offer any information on this? is this guy just lying to try to get attention?

100 Adelaide West will now be known as Ernst & Young Tower. TMX Group will also be taking up space. The tower is now 45% pre-leased.

Being at Dundas and University, this tower will fill in the skyline gap nicely between Aura and the Residences at RCMI. Too bad it's almost an exact replica of the Four Seasons.

Disappointing to read of the height reduction of 460 Yonge, would 9m really make that significant of a difference? I'm not to sure about the design change either. I quite like the One Bloor clone of the previous rendering.

What a massive undertaking to manually demolish that building brick by brick only to rebuild it again.
